HiOO respects your privacy and is dedicated to protecting the privacy of those persons using (“User(s)” or “You”) HiOO app. This Privacy Policy helps You to understand what type of information/data (“Personal Information”) and non-personal information We collect, and how We use it.

HiOO and its affiliates have always solemnly promised to protect the privacy of users who use this app. The protection of your personal/non-personal data is of great importance to HiOO. This privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) therefore intends to inform you that we do not collect any type of sensitive personally identifiable information from any of our users in any way.

Firstly you will need to read and agree to the user safety and proced ahead. During the process of registering an account or using the service, the user needs to fill in some or submit some necessary information: nickname, &  gender. This data is collected to help you complete the registration of HiOO account. If you do not agree to authorize or refuse us to give the data required, you will not be able to use the functions and services as registered users.

Information that is entered manually i.e. name(nickaname), gender and any other information by the user is stored in his/her device. This information is stored securely within the app and is not shared or sold to advertisers or other entities. 

We do not Sell, Trade, or Share any type of information that we collect from our users. The type of data we collect from the user is completely non-personal and will never identify any individual. We collect this data from the user when you agree to install and use our products and services. We recommend using our app only if you agree to this privacy policy otherwise don’t install/use this application.

We may use the device ID and store it. This device id is used to block the users in request of the other user. If the user is not following the privacy policy and terms then the user can request him/her to block. When the user blocks the other user then he/she won't get connected in future in this app. 

Non-Personal/Non-Identifiable information includes data related to your device like IMEI number, mobile device operating system, MAC Address, etc.. This information is required for bugs fixing and serving the better ads.

We use various ad-serving technologies or partners to continue providing service totally free of cost. These ad-serving companies may collect non-personal information for analytics purposes to provide ads related to the user search.

There are links to other sites in this Application that are not under our ownership or control. Please be aware that we have no control over these third parties or other services' privacy policies. Check the privacy policies of any websites that could be collecting Personal Data, and use caution while removing yourself from the Application.

When you use this application, some necessary sensitive Android permissions are required for a smooth and bug-free experience. We recommend you to accept those permissions to minimize errors.

This app is made for 18+ age users. We don't allow childrens below 18 to use our app. In any case, if we discover that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete it. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information then it will be totally your responsibility.

Few app features may be paid, It totally depends on us which feature to keep in paid and free. We may inform you earlier applying any charge to our applications. If you accept our terms of use and privacy policy then and only then we will charge the money respective to the app(and charges given in the app).

With the subscription plan purchase you can access the application's premium features. If you have a subscription and choose to cancel, you will not receive a refund for the current month. The subscription plan can be cancelled at any time once the current period has ended. If you have enabled the auto-renewal in the Google Play Store account setting, then the subscription will auto-renew before the end of the current period unless it is canceled 24 hours prior. (If you want to disable auto-renewal, then go to the Google Play Store account setting). The subscription is for personal use and cannot be shared/shifted/transferred with your friends and family members.

This app does not promote racism, vulgar language, hatred, offensive language, sexual, pornographic, or any other kind of against for any group or individual. Use this application in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations. Please notify us of any user that you believe is violating our guidelines so that we can take a serious action on it.

FUTURE POLICY UPDATES

We may update this policy anytime. We request you to review this policy at certain time intervals.

You acknowledge that you have read this Policy and accept all its terms and conditions. You accept this Policy by using the HiOO app. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this Policy, you are not authorized to access or use this Application.
